I have been going to see Dr. Michael D. Langehans at Off Island Dental for over a year now, during which he’s done an excellent job helping to save and restore my teeth and providing for my overall dental health. This year, we are planning the replacement of a crown and a bridge that are over 25 years old, and I am confident the work will be done to my satisfaction at a competitive price. At this point, I have no reservations about recommending Dr. Langehans and his staff, who are all friendly and efficient. They have also done a very good job of getting my insurance company to actually pay according to my plan.

Friendly, efficient staff. On schedule is always a plus. Staff is always “gentle” and aware of any discomfort. That’s VERY important to me. Highly recommend.

Having just moved down to South Carolina I found off island dentistry. The staff is professional and flexible. Earlier this week I had a dental emergency and Dr Langehans was kind enough to see me the next morning. He rectified the issue painlessly and scheduled me for a follow up apt the following week. Dr Langenhans has been my dentist for 15 yrs. I moved to Florida in February and this week I knew a tooth had to be pulled. Yes I drove 8 hours each way to have him pull the tooth. So gentle so fast NO pain. As of today he is the only dentist I want taking care of me! His staff is caring and efficient.

EVERYONE is always pleasant. As soon as you walk in they are there to greet you! Not your typical dentist office, service dog on site and adorable at that! Office is decorated with a seaside feel to it, a cozy atmosphere….
